Utica Public Library, along with a few other local not-for-profit organizations, is receiving grant funding from the NYS Council for the Arts. $620 has been made available for the library’s Music Improvisation in One Day program.

CLRC regional Assemblymember Anthony Brindisi said, “This excellent grant program helps agencies that educate and entertain the public. Many of them are small organizations that rely heavily on volunteers and donations from community members.”
