Congratulations go out to Darby O’Brien, director of the Utica Public Library.
Darby was recently inducted into the Oneida County Historical Society’s Historical Hall of Fame. She was one of eleven people who were recognized for their service to the community and as advocates in promoting industry, culture and educational opportunities in the region.
