Last Friday, the New York Library Association gavel was passed on to CLRC’s Executive Director, Debby Emerson. As the new president of NYLA, Debby spoke about her commitment and vision for the association – Strong, Strategic and Sustainable. She urged members to get involved and to spread the word.
Debby will serve a one year term. Another thumbs up for Central New York…Barbara Stripling, from the Syracuse University School of Information Studies, has been named President-elect.
