Speakers:
Rhonda Konig has been a genealogy librarian for 14 years, and currently serves as the Genealogy Specialist in the Grosvenor Room at the Central Library in Downtown Buffalo. She has a Master of Library Science from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Arts in History from SUNY Geneseo. Rhonda enjoys spreading her addiction to genealogy through teaching genealogy classes, assisting library patrons, and through her work as president of the Western New York Genealogical Society.
James D. Folts has been supervisor of the State Archives’ researcher services unit since 1992. He is a native of Steuben County.
Stephanie Barrett has been doing genealogical research since she was sixteen years old. She has been working for the New York State Library for twenty-seven years and is currently in the Reference Department serving as Senior Librarian. She gives training in several genealogical databases including Ancestry, Library edition.
