YSS Annual Conference
Mount Kisco, New York

April 2025

This was a great opportunity not only for the amazing workshop session, but the overall camaraderie that took place. Even out of the workshops there were talks and questions about how we would handle something, or just fun program ideas that were shared. It was the first time in my career that when I posed a question, the people around me were in similar situations and helped guide me with a plan and what the next steps were. I met many people with who I am in contact about to bounce ideas off of each other.

Things I took back with me are open lines of communication, as well as many new program ideas. Some standout sessions were ‘Libraries are for Everyone’ and the keynote speaker, Maulik Pancholy.
