The NYS Board of Regents recently approved a name change for the NY 3Rs Association, Inc.
Beginning in January 2016, we will be using our new name – Empire State Library Network (ESLN).
The name change was done to better describe who we are, what we do and to reduce the confusion associated with various local 3Rs councils.
The nine triangles in the logo represent the nine New York State Regional Councils.
