Connecting with Parents and Caregivers in Your Community with Early Childhood Alliance

Description:

Laurie Black from the Early Childhood Alliance will share the work she has been doing with families in Onondaga County to assure children are ready for kindergarten.

Participants will learn:

• developmental milestones with children ages 0-5,
• techniques for engaging parents and caregivers with young children,
• activities to share with families they can duplicate at home, and
• community resources available for partnerships.
