Dean of Syracuse University College of Law Takes Leave
The dean at the College of Law, Hannah Arterian, will be stepping down from her post beginning August 1 to take a research leave focusing on legal education. She has plans to return as a faculty member in the future.
iSchool’s Associate Professor Scott Nicholson Moves Forward
The Brantford campus of Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada will be offering a new bachelor’s degree in game design and development. Scott Nicholson has been named the new director and professor of games. The program is being added to the fine and applied arts department. Students will create board, video, and live-action games.
