LILRC Webinar – Anticipating and Resolving Workplace Complaints

Managing day to day complaints requires a great deal of skill and patience. This workshop will address the process of investigating and responding to employee complaints to prevent them from spiraling out of control. The workshop will also focus on conflict resolution and problem-solving skill sets needed to address day to day employee complaints.
