WNYLRC Webinar: Creating a More Inclusive Catalog

In this session the speakers will present on the individual projects their libraries and institutions have undertaken to reach the goal of creating a more inclusive library catalog. Within this work, there are multiple ways to enact change, in this presentation three varying perspectives will be shared followed by a facilitated panel discussion. Major topics will include: research and decision making processes for subject heading changes, individual project outlines and goals, and open discussion on the challenges of enacting these changes.
