Tina Broomfield is excited to be joining the Empire State Library Network as the ESLN Projects Coordinator. In this position, Tina will be responsible for coordinating the Empire Library Delivery service, the ESLN Continuing Education program, ESLN communications, and ESLN vendor relations. Tina begins this part-time position July 18. She will work from the office of the Rochester Regional Library Council where she is the part-time Technology and Training Librarian.
Tina has a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from Syracuse University and a certificate of advanced study in Cultural Heritage Preservation from Syracuse. She received her bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Art History from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
Prior to her working with ESLN, she also worked part time as a Circulation Supervisor at St. John Fisher College’s Lavery Library. Tina is passionate about sharing knowledge and resources and enthusiastic about working to forward the goal of ESLN – helping libraries be the best they can be.
