All of the votes have been tallied and its finally time to announce the winner of our Gossip Girl Photo Contest! We received a total of only 21 votes, 5 of which went to Lee 19 (above) making Lee our winner! Jessica 3 and Lee 3 tied for second with three votes each. Congrats to Lee!
