As we’ve reported, the new Brad Pitt movie, World War Z, turned downtown Glasgow into Philadelphia last month for several scenes, including a few in which “Philadelphia” citizens are sent running through the streets to escape the onslaught of hungry zombies.
Proving he’s always a gentleman, Pitt, who stars as Gerry Lane in the movie, reportedly rescued one of the movie’s extras from being trampled on the set. Apparently, one woman who was involved in one of the running shots fell and was in danger of being trampled when Brad rushed over, mid-scene, and scooped her up.
Thanks to a couple of our readers, Gerry and Maria, we have a few more photos of the Glasgow set which was finally taken apart late last week. Check out a few of their photos below (including a couple shots of that crowd of extras running for their lives) and be sure to let us know if spot World War Z filming too!
