More fan photos and videos of Dr. Who filming in Central Park yesterday

As we’ve reported, Doctor Who spent most of the day yesterday shooting scenes in Central Park in NYC, surrounded by excited fans, many of whom have shared their photos with us! We’ve received so many, so far, that we’re going to break them up into a couple of different posts, so here’s the first set:

The first group of photos are from Geoff, who told us “[I’ve been a] Who fan for 30 years, I was waiting for the day that I could watch Who on location. Last year I even went to UK just so I could see filming locations. I had better luck in my own back yard! It was a fun day.”

@aftertwoam sent us a some great photos too, you can check out a few below, or see them all on Flickr.

Frank sent us these photos and videos of the cast prepping for their Central Park shoot and a shot of all the fans who came to watch. You can see all of his photos here.

Finally, Stephen sent us this video as well!

Thanks to all of our readers who have sent photos or have been helping out with tips in our OPEN THREAD!

  1. Oh my goodness, I was there in the crowd, but the take in that last video I only saw from the back… I didn’t know anything that intense was going on! It would have been incredible to see that in person.
