Renee Zellweger, above at Bed Bath and Beyond, is in Santa Fe, NM to shoot her new movie, Appaloosa. Filming began yesterday according to The New Mexico Film Office.
Here are pictures of Leonardo DiCaprio on the set of Body of Lies yesterday. Filming has wrapped in the D.C. area and is now in L.A.
Filming Today
K-ville will be filming on St. Charles Ave in New Orleans.
The Six Wives of Henry Lefay will be filming in Stamford, CT (same location as yesterday). Dancing with Shiva (starring Anne Hathaway) will also be filming in Stamford.
SATC continues in NYC today. Gossip Girl is also filming on location in New York .
UPDATE: Perez is reporting SATC is filming at St. Patrick’s Cathedral today as well!
Finally, we also have report from another lucky fan who met Chris Noth on the set of Sex and the City last week! Read Melissa’s story below:
I arrived at the Starbuck’s on Astor Place just in time to watch Sarah Jessica Parker and Jennifer Hudson film a scene together. After they stopped filming, I overheard a crew member say that Chris Noth was in the vicinity. Sure enough, he emerged from the Starbuck’s a few minutes later to greet the crowd! His charm and good looks were just as, ahem, big in person as they are on the small screen. He stopped briefly to chat with everyone, teasing us about being “Sex and the City” versus “Law & Order” fans. When a chauffeured car pulled up to spirit him away, I asked him for a picture. Calling me “Sweetie,” he apologetically said he had to go. When I asked once more, he smiled and let me lean in for the quick picture you see here.
