James McAvoy and Jessica Chastain spotted filming ‘The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby’ in NYC this week

James McAvoy and Jessica Chastain were spotted goofing around on the NYC set of their upcoming movie, The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby Monday.

The movie, about “a married couple in New York City dealing with an emotional, life-altering experience”, will be split into a double feature in which the perspective of the husband (McAvoy) is seen in The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby: Him and the story of the wife (Chastain) is told in The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby: Her.

Chastain recently opened up to Vanity Fair, admitting that despite her success, she is still filled with self-doubt. “I’ve spent my life being embarrassed,” she said.

All week The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby is filming on 6th and 7th between 2nd and 3rd in NYC.
