  1. They are filming interiors today. Courtroom scenes in the Justice Building at Morgan and Fayetteville St. Only Claire Danes so far. Overheard that Rupert Friend is on the way here. No Mandy Patinkin or Damian Lewis from what I heard.

  2. So here’s what I found out yesterday. The filming on Monday was in the 3rd floor courtroom at the State Supreme Court Building in downtown Raleigh, NC. The room was set up for a Senate Committee Hearing where Carrie is testifying. (I believe it was three scenes total.) Tuesday’s filming was exteriors of her and her lawyer Erin Kimball (played by Amy Morton – I tweeted a pic of the two of them!) walking into the Court of Appeals building. Most likely this will be the scene of them entering for her to testify. There was an interior scene filmed in the Capital Building, and then a scene of her walking out of the building, stopping on the steps and answering the phone. Rupert Friend came in Monday night to film Tuesday morning. His scene was short. They filmed at a playground, across the street from the Capital building, which was standing in for Philadelphia. Here’s a link to about a minute of raw feed of Claire Danes and Amy Morton doing the “walking into the building” scene on Tuesday. Nothing exciting, but you do get to see them chatting. https://www.wral.com/entertainment/video/12514622/#/vid12514622 They kept the actors pretty well guarded, so you didn’t get a chance to chat with them. I did walk past Amy Morton after they wrapped on Tuesday, but she seemed pretty tired so I didn’t want to bother her.
