This week Adam Sandler begins filming The Cobbler in New York City.
The movie is a dramatic turn for Sandler who will play a modern day shoe man who has the ability to metaphysically step into the lives of the people whose shoes he repairs.
Tomorrow, The Cobbler is filming at Greenwich and Rector St in downtown Manhattan. On Monday, Nov. 11, they’ll be filming around 27th St and 11th Ave in NYC. According to a casting call Monday’s shoot will include several “detective-types.”
