Filming has commenced on The Secret In Their Eyes, the Billy Ray-directed remake of the 2009 Oscar-winning movie by Juan José Campanella.
The Secret In Their Eyes American remake, which centers on an ex-assistant DA who is obsessed with an unsolved murder, stars Chiwetel Ejiofor, Nicole Kidman, Dean Norris and Julia Roberts.
Shooting on the crime thriller is now underway in the Los Angeles area. Today, filming is taking place at the Santa Anita Park, a popular filming location that has been featured in films such as A Star is Born, National Lampoon’s Vacation, and Seabiscuit, as well as TV shows like The Mentalist.
Filming is expected to continue at various locations through next month.
