Remember Me is filming around Park Ave and 42nd St, NYC. (Thanks to Anon!)

Radar Online reported they wrapped Friday but they are definitely filming today, no word on whether Rob will be there or not.

Hey I happened to be speaking to someone from the set on Friday afternoon and they told me filming is continuing for a few days this week however they had rescheduled scenes so that RP could leave for San Diego. The source didnt tell me whether this meant that he was finished on Friday or Mon/Tues.

    This is what I was told but to be honest with you if it is 42nd St and Park Ave then I will be going I work in 42nd St

  16. Oh wow! they pick these locations and then fuss when too many people show up! they couldn’t have picked up a more crowded spot!!! I spoke with the assistant director and I asked him how much more they have left and he said several more days with the intonation that they have quite a bit left.

  24. I spoke with someone from the set, and he said they end off August 5th. I even got a casting call for next week as well. So whoever said this is the last week is bullshiting you. He is coming back after Comic Con.

    • Listen I am telling you on Friday someone I know works for the production company told me that dependant on what happened Thursday Friday last week they were trying to finish Robs scenes and he was going to Comic Con If he was done then he wouldnt be back If the scenes werent finished he would be back for 1 or 2 days max.

      • I spoke to someone at Summit who told me something similar. I was told that the film was scheduled to wrap this week regardless of Comic Con, but that finishing this film was more important than Comic Con for Robert due to the fact he needs to be finished and ready to head to Vancouver within the next couple of weeks.

        I also spoke to a media friend who will be attending the press panel @ Comic Con and they were all told by Summit PR people that not one single cast member has been confirmed (as of last Friday) to even attened the panel.

        Guess we’ll see!

        • I think Taylor is confirmed. There’s going to be A LOT of unhappy fans if Robsten don’t attend myself included. I splurged on a $300 plane ticket plus the convention ticket so I’d be super bummed if they’re not there. Taylor’s great and all but I’m going for Robsten.

      • For remember me, last day is the 3rd and the wrap party is the 4th. Stop being naive and listening to these people because they are sadly lying to you. Your call.

    i work at 42nd and park, there was nothing up when i came to work this morning at 9, but i will check again when i go out for lunch. actually, i may run to get coffee in a bit, but i will definitely keep y’all posted as much as i can!

      • okay – i didn’t see anything at 42nd and park or inside grand central but that doesn’t mean its not there. like someone else said, there are trucks on 41st and park but they are almost always there.. i can’t tell if they’re different trucks or not.

    Just drove past grand central on my way to work and I couldn’t find where the trailers were parked and I’m so late for work so can anyone tell me where exactly the trailers are so I know where to pass by during lunch haha. Thanks!

  38. i work on 42nd and madison so this morning i walked around trying to find where filming would be. there are trucks on 41st and madison and 41st and park, not 42nd street.

  39. I was at GC around 9:45, came out by 42nd and Park, didn’t notice anyone or anything movie-like. I walked west to Madison and then down south, saw no trailers in that direction so perhaps north east of there, or they just weren’t there yet.

    • yup, it’s definitely 41st and park. k8 i wonder if we’re like right around one another – i’m in a green dress haha

      • it could be and they could be walking them through pershing square to get there since it’s all closed off anyway. i don’t know – i came back up to work, didn’t want them to get too suspicious haha but i’ll check again when i leave for lunch in a little bit!

  60. Don’t know how accurate they are, but I’ve seen people posting on Twitter who are at the set that he’s left. They haven’t said whether or not they’ve heard he’s due to come back.

  61. More than just one person on Twitter posted he left?? They’re usually right if its more than one. I’ve seen a few slip-ups but I don’t think more than one person would be wrong.

    • Hi sarah, I just came back to the office..I saw him!! He came out of his trailer @ 1:30 and went inside the make up trailer..we were standing at a good spot he was right in front of me, I couldn’t take good pics cuz of the papz they were blocking my camera view, but I got to see him clearly :o) I only got two pics..

      • Ha! Awesome, I’m so glad you got to see him and they didn’t make you move! I’m sorry about the paps…they got in my way too, but isn’t it crazy being the one with the best view? hehe. Lol, maybe I’ll try “our spot” again tomorrow!

I don’t know about u guys…but I have a feeling there are a few postings from PA’s from the set or some jerk posting incorrect locations and or status updates re: RM shoot and Rob’s status on if he is there, when his last day is, if he is done shooting for the day and when the film is wrapping! I only believe posts from those whose names are familiar (sp?) sorry, but Im alittle tired today, just got back from Chicago! City hopping!! Just keep the above in mind though..that all posted info is not always legit..4 some unknown reason, there are peeps who do not want fans to be there…..hmmmmm….sad huh?   95. you guys might want to think what you post here. it’s of no value to draw a huge crowd to the location. it will only push you further away from the area if there’s a large crowd of screaming girls.

    • I agree. I went to the set/trailer location on Friday and again today and got lucky glimpses of RP both times – and both times there was no screaming, thank God! Seems like people are getting the idea that screaming equals less opportunity because the screaming thing was much worse in June!

  105. don’t listen to people who claim to know insiders at summit. As of right now Rob will be going to comic-con (if RM doesn’t pull him for more scenes). After comic-con he WILL be flying back to NYC to film more.

    • Are you sure? I am coming to the city next week for a vacation and wonder if any one is sure about next week with rob being in the city.

  107. According to crew, they’re in the same place tomorrow. Rob is scheduled to be done before going to Comic-Con but the film has been running behind schedule (in part because of the crowd commotion, I hear), so he might come back.

      It’s actually on 41st and Park Avenue…up the block from Grand Central Station on 42nd Street. Grand Central is a NYC Landmark, aside from being one of the busiest Stations in New York…and probably in the US for that matter. If you are traveling by train, u can take the 4, 5, 6, or 7 train to Grand Central Station and walk out through any exits that point you to Park Avenue or even Lexington Avenue. If you get out on Lexington walk down to 41st and make a right that will take you directly to the filming site. It’s right under the bridge that goes through the Met Life Building…

          • They saw a tourist and took advantage. That sucks.

            Average parking is around $30 to $40 bucks for the day. In that immediate area, parking may costs a bit more. Drive down to the mid to upper 30’s streets and you’ll find the normal prices. But the train is a better choice.

        • go to NYCBESTPARKING.COM to find cheap parking deals. Ususally an Early Bird Special is your best bet. When I worked at Grand Central and missed my train (which was often) I found a lot on 44th and 8th I believe that had all-day special for $12. It was on the same block as a subway entrance so was piece of cake. Just hopped on the shuttle and I was in GC in 2 minutes. If you decide to drive to the GC area I parked on 39th and Madison yesterday because I got tired of driving around, you can’t turn down certain streets during the day in midtown so it gets really hairy trying to get to where you want to go. I paid $43 for up to 10 hours. You can do better.

  110. I’ve always been curious about something. When filming is done for the day where do they store the dressing room trailers, makeup trailers and stuff like that? Do they park them at the next day’s shoot or in a garage or what?

    • It depends. Sometimes they do move all of the honey wagons and storage trucks to the next filming location but mainly they go to the depot. If they do move the trucks to the next location then they have to pay for security to watch everything. The depot this crew is using is in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.

  111. I got to stop by today and see what everyone meant by all the commotion. It was interesting as some of his security were standing by me for a moment trying to figure out where to put everyone so they could have a clear path to let him out. From the bit of time I was there it didn;t seem to go too bad. They cleared the path and walked him to the building with no trouble. Everyone was very respectful which i really enjoyed seeing. The only bad part was that I forgot my camera and only briefly saw him for a quick quick second. I guess one second is better than none.

  113. Just wanted to thank all the fans who feel the need to chase him Rob down the street, or jump on him or whatever. Because of you, his security finds it unsafe to walk him outside where all his fans (some who waited for hours to catch a glimpse), are waiting for him. Thank you for ruining it for us. When filming ended today, Pierce came out smiled and said hello. We all figured Rob would be soon to follow. Then, they sent out a Rob look alike, and informed us twenty minutes later that he left for the day. A whole day wasted thanks to fans who cannot control themselves!!

    • yeah, i know what u mean.. i was there too. i still dont get how they got him out through the back though…without anyone noticing? it was fassst!

    • I heard about that from a friend of mine today. People, Rob is a normal guy just like everyone else. He’s doing a job like anyone else.

    • Exactly. If everyone knew how to behave, have some self control and respect, this whole nonsense of sneaking him out would not be happening. At least not to this extent. But I guess asking some people to have common sense is too much.

      I don’t think I can break away from work to go tomorrow. (I work in Bay Ridge next to the Verrazano Bridge) But if Rob does come back and films in Brooklyn again, give me a shout and I’ll go with you. Also the crowds are smaller in Brooklyn than they are in the city. You get a better chance of him talking to the fans.

        • For sure and go for it! You’ve got my info. I’ve lived in Brooklyn for the past several years and I drive EVERYWHERE. So I’m used to the parking rules and most areas.

          I was off last week the day they filmed in East New York and didn’t even think about going. No flipping way! The area scares me as much as Crenshaw does in Los Angeles. (The land of the gang called the Crips for those of you who’ve never heard of the area)

    • I was there from 2 until around 7:30 when we found out from a PA he had split on 42nd st. Didn’t hear anything from other fans who had been there since the morning that he’d been grabbed.

    Robert Pattinson Still Filming in NYC

    There are several online reports claiming that Robert Pattinson had wrapped filming on Remember Me in NYC at the end of last week. However, OK! can confirm that the Twilight hunk is in fact still in the Big Apple and is still working.

    As recently reported by OK!, the producers of Remember Me had been going to extreme measures to prevent fans and photographers from finding out R-Pattz’s location on any given day. In fact, only a handful of people on the production knew when he was going to be on the set.

    Sources on the set tell OK! that it’s generally believed that Rob will work through tomorrow and possibly Wednesday, after which he’s due back on the West Coast to promote New Moon with Kristen Stewart at Comic-Con in San Diego.

    “Remember Me” a wrap for Robert ?

    According to reports, filming for Robert Pattinson’s new film “Remember Me” has wrapped up Friday. If the reports are true, Pattinson will be in San Diego this week for the Comic-Con with his on-screen lover Kristen Stewart.

    Some sources are saying that the filming of “Remember Me” wasn’t able to fulfill its original plan of a 35-day shoot (excluding weekends). Execs of Summit Entertainment has said that Rob will show up at the Comic-Con, but he could be pulled out of the event anytime since technically, the last day of filming for Remember Me is on August 4th, due to the interruptions of fans and papz in New York.

    Once the film has made it to post-production stage, Robert Pattinson will have a two-week break before filming “Eclipse,” the third installment in the Twilight Saga, in Vancouver, BC. Summit has announced that Eclipse will begin filming in August 17.

    So if you don’t see RPattz anywhere from August 5-16, don’t be too suprised. He successfully hid from all the mania after the filming of Twilight and he could do it again. That is, if he’s not scheduled to meet the cast and crew of his other 2010 film drama “Unbound Captives” or “Bel Ami.”
