One of our readers, Sandra, met Mariska Hargitay on the set of SVU a couple of weeks ago. She said Mariska “was soo awesome when I met her. The picture was taken after they wrapped up for the day. She was walking down the street with Chris but Chris ran away when I asked Mariska for a photo. She was surprised that I had been waiting so patiently to meet her and she was glad that I wished her luck on her Emmy nomination.”
Elaina and Alyssa met Detectives Bensen and Stabler, aka Chris Maloni and Mariska Hargitay, on the NYC set of SVU a couple weeks ago too! SVU is on hiatus right now but will resume filming after Labor Day.Thanks to Sandra, Elaina and Alyssa for sharing their photos with us!

chris must have been exhausted. the weather that day could make anyone act that way. it was mean though.=( anyway, it was over 90 degrees that day.

It was cool tho because i already took a pic with him. Besides I had seen him earlier and he didnt seem in good mood so i didnt want to bother him, it was all cool. The crew was very nice too.Mariska was really cool.
I’m sorry but she asked Mariska for a photo and not Chris. What did she expect him to do- hold the camera?
