I am going to check out svu this afternoon. My friend says the trailers were all outside his apt this morning so I am pretty sure its still filming today.

Just walked by the SVU set on my lunch break. All the trailers are set up around 25th and 3rd Ave, but they were filming a scene (involving a ton of extras) on E. 26th between 3rd and Lexington…and are keeping everyone off the street so I couldn’t get close, but I’m pretty sure I did see Kathy about halfway down the street.
Any ideas if SVU will still be on location tomorrow?
Anyone checked out CI today? I’m wondering if there’s a chance they’ll still be filming later this afternoon.
There are signs up around 14th and irving place for a project entitled “smuggler’s production” any ideas of what this could be?

NCIS-LA: I went to the NCIS-LA set around 11 a.m. Chris O’Donnell was there shooting some action (shooting) scenes. LL Cool J arrived at the set around 12:30 pm. and he was only scheduled to be there for 30 minutes. They wrapped up early because LL Cool J will be attending tonight’s People’s Choice Awards, according to set security.
They are filming SVU out of 143 East 27th St (btw 3rd and Lex) right now (6:45pm). I guess they needed extras in the shots because they aren’t really making anyone keep a distance. I can confirm that Kathy Griffith is on set – I was standing about 10ft from her.
