Owen Wilson & Amanda Bynes filming ‘Hall Pass’ at Emory University

Tao 4th Anniversary

Owen Wilson and Amanda Bynes are shooting a scene for the Farrelly Brothers’ comedy “Hall Pass” at Emory University in Atlanta, GA tonight.

They will be filming at the Kappa Alpha Order (KA) and Alpha Tau Omega (ATO) houses on “Frat Row.” The two fraternity houses will be transformed into sorority houses for the film according to the school’s newspaper, The Emory Wheel.

[Disclaimer: The Emory Wheel article was published on Thursday, 2.25 and states that filming will take place “today” (2.25).  But, I received two tips via email confirming that they would actually be filming on campus today (2.26) & there are several reports on Twitter also confirming that the filming is taking place today (2.26). If you have any more information about the shoot, please let us know in a comment below, thanks.]

  1. As an L.A. native at Emory, I usually check this site to see filming going on back home. It’s awesome to see you’re reporting something on my campus!

And filming occurred overnight (Friday night). I drove down Frat Row today and it seemed like workers were packing up back into trucks.
