Tonight, there will be a special screening of Tyler Perry’s Why Did I Get Married Too? at the School of Visual Arts Theater, 333 West 23rd Street, New York, NY. Writer, producer, director, and star Tyler Perry is expected to be there as well as stars Janet Jackson, Jill Scott, Sharon Leal, Malik Yoba, Richard T. Jones, Tasha Smith, Lamman Rucker, Michael Jai White, Louis Gossett, Jr., and Cicely Tyson. Red Carpet arrivals start at 6:45 pm.
The movie reunites the same charismatic cast from Why Did I Get Married? and follows the next chapter in the lives of eight college friends struggling with the challenges of marital life. Why Did I Get Married Too? opens nationwide Friday, April 2, 2010.

Enjoy the show. I’m envious as I have been anxiously counting down since Nov 09. I will be one of the first to see it on next Friday. While I wish all of the couples a long marriage, I’m rooting that Sheila and Troy overcome any obstacles their marriage may have encountered. Sheila deserves the best!
I have watched the first Why Did I Get Married about a hundred times I love that movie, u know I can’t wait for WDIGM Too. I’m so excited, like joyce comment, I wish Sheila the best but my favorite couple is Angela & Marcus, I love Tasha Smith, she’s such a great actress. I just love them all.
