Cuba Gooding Jr filming ‘Hit List’ in Ottawa on Wednesday, 4.7.10

The Cuba Gooding Jr flick, Hit List, which filmed briefly in Washington state, is now filming in Ottawa. The movie is being produced by the Ottawa-based production company, Zed Filmworks and tells the story of a broken-down police officer played by Gooding Jr., who uncovers a drug smuggling ring.

Scenes will be shot Wednesday (4.7) at the Urbandale Centre involving Gooding Jr. and several ex-Senators players including Jason York, Shaun Van Allen, Laurie Boschman and more than 150 extras in the crowd scenes.

  1. Cuba Gooding Jr. and Co-Star Christian Slater were both on set filming at Ottawa’s Saint Brigid’s Church as part of their film that now goes by the name of “Sacrifice”. The scenes at the Church were being done on April 8th, 2010 & April 9th, 2010. They may still be there today if they’ll film on the weekend. All scenes may not be completed. Tonight Saturday, April 10th, 2010, Cuba Gooding Jr. will be taking in the NHL Hockey Game between the Ottawa Senators and Buffalo Sabres. He is staying at the Westin Hotel in Ottawa in the heart of Downtown.
