Below is a list of where you can filming movies & TV shows filming on 5.17.10. Filming in NYC & Vicinity:

•AMC’s new series, Rubicon, is filming in the vicinity of Central Park West between 68th and 70th and 69th between Central Park West and Columbus in NYC. (Thanks Torrey, and Annie)

•White Collar is filming in the vicinity of Houston between Ave A and 1st Ave, NYC all day. (Thanks Alma)

•The Smurfs Movie is filming overnight on 58th Street between 6th and 5th Avenues, NYC through Friday. (Thanks Lee & Annie)

•Law and Order: Criminal Intent is shooting during the day in the same vicinity as Friday, around Broadway and W 87th in NYC, signs also spotted around W 86th/87th and West End Ave.(Thanks Pete)

•Mildred Pierce, starring Kate Winslet, is filming at the Woolworth Mansion on Crescent Beach Rd in Glen Cove, NY. (Thanks Alice)

•HBO’s Boardwalk Empire: We received two locations: Signs spotted at Court St & Joralemon St, Brooklyn and at Horatio & W 4th in Manhattan. (Thanks Maggie and Sara)

•The Big C, a new Showtime series starring Laura Linney and Gabby Sidibe, is filming at/near The Saltwater Grille in Stamford, CT. They are also filming at Sunny Daes Ice Cream at Ocean Dr W and Shippan Ave in Stamford.

Update: Louie, the new Louis CK FX series, is filming around Monitor St and Herbert St in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

Update: Royal Pains is filming at the Lawrence Golf Club in Lawrence, NY. (Thanks Kelly)

Update: Rescue Me is filming in Rye, NY. Base camp/crew parking is set up near Playland. (Thanks Andy)

Monday’s Upfronts in NYC:

11 a.m. NBC presentation at New York Hilton

4 p.m. Fox presentation at the Beacon Theater

Filming in Shreveport, LA:

•Butter, starring Jennifer Garner, is filming at the Fair Grounds in Shreveport (where Drive Angry has also recently shot scenes) at Hirsch Coliseum on Pershing Ave (which I think is a studio). (Thanks Jeff)

Filming in Los Angeles & Vicinity:

•Weeds is filming in Griffith Park.

•The Steve Carell/Ryan Gosling Movie (also known as UDF) is filming at St Luke’s Hospital, 2750 E Washington Blvd, Pasadena, CA. (May be at this location all week.) (Thanks Jerry)

•The Untitled Ivan Reitman Project, starring Natalie Portman & Ashton Kutcher, is filming at UCLA Teaching Hospital again.

•The Closer is filming at 1169 Schrader Blvd, Los Angeles.

Update: Mad Men is filming around W 9th and S. Figueroa St in Los Angeles. (Thanks Chris)

Filming in Philadelphia:

Update: Dark Fields, starring Bradley Cooper, is  filming on 17th and  Sansom in Philadelphia. (Thanks @IPhillyChitChat)

Filming in Ann Arbor, MI:

Update: Salvation Boulevard, starring Pierce Brosnan, is scheduled to film at U-M’s Law Quadrangle and on Fourth Street in Ann Arbor this week.

Filming in Atlanta:

Update: Big Momma’s House 3 is filming at Lindbergh City Center.

  2. word is the Fox Upfronts are at the Beacon Theatre in NYC today and the party is at Wollman Rink.

    I don’t have a set source but I’ve been seeing it all over Twitter and it seems to make sense. The party was at Wollman Rink last year too.

  4. A note about the Ivan Reitman Project- they are filming today (and will prob be at this location through the week, but Ashton is scheduled to do press forThe Killers’ in NYC this week so he probably won’t be there for most of the week.

    “They are filming something today in the village of Locust Valley. There are old 1940’s cars and palm trees on the light posts.”
    Sounds like Mildred Pierce? Could they be at 2 locations or doing a company move?

  8. So how does the whole “upfronts” thing work? I’m interested in taking photos at the CW upfront Thursday morning. I know last year I saw an OLV reader get photos of a lot of the stars, and even meet some of them. Anyone have any info on where specifically at the theater at MSG this takes place?

  13. Mildred Pierce is filming in Locust Valley on the main street (Buckram/Birch Hill). There have been signs there since Saturday morning that said Monday/Tuesday. I saw old fashion cars there today but didn’t get to see any action.
    It’s funny, Mildred Pierce uses “SOBO” signs to lead you towards their set/base camp (Something Borrowed? perhaps). They used them today on Northern Blvd. and the other day when they were in Cold Spring Harbor there were “SOBO” and “MP” signs everywhere even though it was only for Mildred Pierce.
