Yesterday, Topher Grace and Richard Gere filmed scenes for their upcoming movie, The Double, in Northville, MI. Topher had to hold a baby for one shot and from the looks of it he hadn’t been around too many infants! He also stopped and chatted with several fans throughout the day and everyone commented that both he and Gere were very friendly.
Today, they continue filming in a residential neighborhood at the intersection of Eaton and Grandview in Northville. If you have stop by the set, let us know about it at olv@onlocationvacations.com!

I was there today, i didn’t see anybody…saw the house they are prob filming at, it was all set up, and lots of trucks, but no people anywhere, and equipment was all covered up.
anybody know if they are filming tomorrow???

This afternoon they did an indoor shoot and didn’t start filming outside until 11:45pm — they said they would be shooting most of the night . They will be shooting tomorrow as well, but it’s not clear whether it’s indoors or outdoors.
The Double wraping up 7/31 @ 5am in Northville. Just got Topher and Richard on a few photos. Topher is really cool and Richard only signed a few. They said they are filming at a warehouse in Detrot and will be completely donefilming by Tuesday 8/3.
