Wednesday’s Lot List: Filming Locations in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Illinois & More including ‘Transformers 3′ & ‘Abduction’

Here’s a list of movies and TV shows filming around the country on  August 25, 2010:

Filming in Albuquerque, NM:

•Fright Night is filming in ABQ Studios again.

Filming in Atlanta, GA:

Unfortunately, we don’t have any definite locations in Atlanta today, but we did find out a little information about two projects we’ve been getting a lot of requests for:

•First, Ex-Mas Carol, a new ABC Family film starring OTH’s Chad Michael Murray, is currently filming in Atlanta. Today, they are filming a scene at a high-end jewelry store, but we’re not sure which one. If you have any information about the film or where it might be shooting today, please let us know!

Update: Ex-Mas Carol is filming near Brookhaven on Club Dr in Atlanta. The holding/base camp area is at a local church. (Thanks RGP)

New Update: Right now, Ex-Mas Carol is filming at Brown Jewelry on corner of Peachtree and Maple Dr in Atlanta.

•Secondly, Fast Five has started filming in the Atlanta area as well. This is the third location for the film, which started filming in Arizona, before moving to Puerto Rico, and is now set to wrap up in Atlanta. Vin Diesel and Paul Walker return for the fifth installment of The Fast and Furious franchise, Dwayne Johnson has also joined the cast. They are currently using a warehouse in Conyers, GA for their office and studio space. The movie is expected to finish shooting in October.

Filming in Chicago, Il:

•Ride-Along, a new Fox series starring Jennifer Beals,  is filming around 24th Pl and S 53rd Ave in Cicero, Il all day.

•Transformers 3 is filming on Washington St/Madison St between Wabash and Michigan through 6 a.m. Friday, 8.27.  (Thanks Kevin)

•Colombiana, starring Zoe Saldana, also continues filming throughout Chicago.

Update: Colombiana is filming in the Wicker Park neighborhood tonight. Both sides of two streets have a parking restriction from 8.25 10pm to 8.26 3am.  North Avenue from Damen to Leavitt, and Damen from North to LeMoyne. (Thanks Kevin)

Filming in Michigan:

•Scream 4 is filming on Lincoln Ave between Wells St. and Cambridge Rd in Ann Arbor through 8.27. They are primarily filming Monday-Friday, with most of the filming happening in late afternoon/overnight.

Update: We confirmed Scream 4 is no longer at the Lincoln Ave location. Tonight, they are filming at Arlington Blvd and Washtenaw in Ann Arbor. Then they move to another residence in the area on Thursday and Friday. (Thanks Stephanie, Jeff, & Ann)

•30 Minutes or Less is filming at the former Fifth Third Bank on S James St in Ludington, MI. (Thanks Mike)

•Transformers 3 is expected to begin filming in Detroit soon too. Currently, they are setting up at the Old Central Station in Detroit. They will also be filming at the Packard Plant on East Grand Boulevard in about two weeks. We heard its going to be pretty explosive over there too! (Thanks Ken, Don, Kevin & Joe)

Update: •Real Steel, starring Hugh Jackman, is filming at the COBO Center in Detroit. (Thanks Bing)

Filming in Pittsburgh, PA

•Abduction, starring Taylor Lautner, continues filming in and around Pittsburgh. To get the latest tips and information about the shoot from other fans, check out our Abduction Open Thread. FYI: They were filming at PNC Park on August 26th,27th,30th,31st, and Sept 1st and they need 1000 extras for the scene being shot on the 26th & 27th, check out this FB page to apply.

Filming in Texas:

•The Good Guys is filming on Main St in Dallas. They are likely filming at Skyline Studios.

•The new ABC series, My Generation, is filming around 1102 South Congress Ave, Austin, TX.

Filming in Vancouver:

•Hellcats is filming at UBC on the Main Mall in Vancouver. (Thanks T)

•Psych is filming at Beatty and Pender in Vancouver. (Thanks @deaniew)
