Filming in Chicago:
•Contagion, starring Matt Damon, is tentatively scheduled to shoot at the old Sherman Hospital, 934 Center St, Elgin, IL.
One of our readers, Aaron, met Matt on set Thursday and said, “He breaks for lunch at 2:15. The security guards talked to me about him signing for me [in the meantime]. At 4:30 he leaves trailer, by now there are 10 other people out there. His car pulls up he starts talking thanking every one for waiting for him. He takes a few pics with people and I ask him to sign my DVD and he did. He is a real nice guy!”
Filming in Georgia:
•X-Men: First Class, starring James McAvoy, will begin filming on Jekyll Island this week.
Filming in Los Angeles, CA:
•An Untitled Project is filming at 705 w 9th St (7:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M.).
•The Cape, the upcoming NBC series, is filming at 615 S Broadway (7:00 A.M. – 3:00 A.M.).
•Death of the Sheik is filming at 307 S Broadway (7:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M.).
•Exit 19, a TV series, is filming at 811 Wilshire Blvd (7:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M.) and Grand Ave at 4th St (6:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M.).
•Just Like Her is filming at Muirfield from 4th St to Rossmore Ave (7:30 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.).
•Luck, the new HBO series starring Dustin Hoffman, is filming at Santa Anita Park.
•Soul Pancake (Rainn Wilson’s website/book/pet project) is filming on Broxton Ave & Westwood Blvd (7:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M.).
Filming in Louisiana:
•Battleship, starring Taylor Kitsch, is filming at Celtic Media Centre in Baton Rouge, LA.

•Killer Joe, starring Emile Hirsch and Matthew McConaughey, is filming at Second Line Stages in New Orleans.

Filming in Michigan:
•Cripple, formerly Right Angle starring Aaron Paul, is filming at a house on Huntington Road in Huntington Woods, across from the Detroit Zoo, where their base camp is located, for the next 3-4 weeks. (Thanks Becky & Max)

•Detroit 1-8-7 has been filming on Jefferson Ave between Moross and 8 mile in Grosse Pointe, MI. They will likely be back today too. (Thanks Niki &

•Setup, starring Bruce Willis and 50 Cent, is filming in downtown Grand Rapids this week. Here are this weekend’s filming locations.
Filming in New York City, NY:
•30 Rock is filming around Vernon Blvd around 49th Ave in Long Island City.
•Blue Bloods is filming around Centre St and Leonard-Pearl St in the afternoon/evening again.
Update: •Mr. Popper’s Penguins, starring Jim Carrey, is filming around W 14th and 8th/9th in NYC today.
•The Sitter, starring Jonah Hill, is filming at 15 Hampshire Rd in Yonkers, NY again.
Update: The Sitter is also filming at Atlantic Ave and Henry St in Brooklyn, NY AND E 14th and 3rd Ave.
•Too Big To Fail, starring Paul Giamatti, is filming around 7th Ave and 51st/52nd in Manhattan.
• Tower Heist, starring Ben Stiller, is filming at their usual location near Trump Hotel and Towers (signs posted on 61st and Broadway). (Thanks @Casstotherole, @s0phistiicat3d & @ta11erghostwalt) Signs spotted around 66th and Broadway too.
•Gossip Girl is filming in studio (Silvercup).
•Law and Order: SVU is filming in studio (Chelsea Piers).

•The Onion Sports Network, a new Comedy Central series, is filming in studio (NEP Studio).

Tower Heist is recreating the Macy’s Parade for the next three days. They are using over 600 background extras.
Tower Heist: Today’s Daily news Gridlock Sam column says the Sat and Sunday shoot is at Central Park West outside of Trump’s building. But maybe a second unit is also filming around Macy’s, 34th St???
Also, when you mention Trump Tower, please mention which one, as other may confuse it for the Fifth Ave Trump building.
as far as the trump tower info goes, I do always add where signs were spotted, hopefully people are seeing that info too.
I think they are probably just filming at the usual location this weekend, but if I hear anything else I’ll let you guys know.
I have a friend who worked today. He was in the bleachers at Central Park West for the Parade. Matthew Broderick was on hand today. Maybe over the weekend others will come out. There are casting calls for Parade goers, Vendors and specific cars. I would stay away if I was driving around. The Call time will be very early as they are only using daylight.
