Friday, Dec. 10: Filming Locations in New York, San Fran, Chicago, Philly & more including ’30 Rock’ & ‘Contagion’

Filming in San Francisco:

•On The Road, starring Kirsten Dunst, is filming in San Francisco. Yesterday, they were filming around 23rd and De Haro Street, check out a photo from the shoot above. (Thanks Trent)

Filming in Atlanta:

•MTV’s Teen Wolf is back filming at the abandoned DeKalb School of the Arts in Atlanta again this week.

Filming in Chicago:

•The  Chicago Code, formerly Ride-Along, is filming at the Cook County Court House.

•Contagion, starring Matt Damon, is filming around Sherman Ave/Orrington Ave  between Noyes and Central Streets in Evanston, IL. Check out the full list of street closures here.

Filming in Los Angeles, CA:

•Criminal Minds is filming at  Mateo St, 6th St – Palmetto St (4:00 P.M. – 6:00 A.M.), 6th St Bridge, Boyle – Mateo St., 6th St & Mateo St. (7:00 P.M. – 6:00 A.M.), Palmetto St, Santa Fe – Mateo St., and Under 6th St, 6th St. & Mesquit (4:00 P.M. – 6:00 A.M.).

•Crockett Project is filming on 6th St, under the 6th St Bridge from Mateo East to End (7:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M.).

•CSI: Miami will be filming at Millikan High School.

•Picked Off is filming at 1001 Rose Bowl Dr in Pasadena.

•Now, starring  Justin Timberlake, is filming on Anderson St from Jesse St to E 6th St through 12/10 (5:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M.). 

FYI: Justin may still be on his “hiatus”. These might actually just be pick up shots or it possible shoot has been postponed, some news outlets are reporting the entire production is on hiatus, not only Justin.

•An Untitled Reality Show (this could be American Idol) is filming at 1101 Glendon Ave (9:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M.). FYI: American Idol has also been filming in Pasadena all week.

•The Untitled Spider-Man Reboot is filming at Sony Studios in Culver City. FYI: They are filming under the name “Fiona’s Tale”. Check out the latest casting info here.

Filming in Louisiana:

•Battleship, starring Taylor Kitsch, is filming at Celtic Media Center in Baton Rouge.

•Breaking Dawn is also filming in the Baton Rouge area. Be sure to check in with our Breaking Dawn Open Thread for the latest filming location news and location information!

•Killer Joe, starring Emile Hirsch and Matthew McConaughey, is filming at Second Line Stages in New Orleans.

Filming in Michigan:

•Cripple, formerly Right Angle, starring Aaron Paul, is filming at a house on Huntington Road in Huntington Woods, across from the Detroit Zoo, where their base camp is located, for the next 3-4 weeks. (Thanks Becky & Max)

•All week there has been a movie filming overnight at E Fort St and Brush Street in Detroit. Anyone know what it might be? My guess is Giant Mechanical Man or Detroit 1-8-7. (Thanks Rick)

•Setup, starring Bruce Willis and 50 Cent, is currently filming in Grand Rapids, MI. On Sunday, they will be shooting on Elmwood from Coit to Center St. (We’ll have more info in our weekend post).

Update: SetUp is filming at American Seating in Grand Rapids, MI today. Bruce Willis and 50 Cent will be there.

Update: •House of the Rising Sun, starring Amy Smart, has been filming at Taps in Grand Rapids all week.

Filming in New York City, NY:

• 30 Rock is filming on Vanderbilt  between 46th and 47th (night shoot). They are also filming in studio (Silvercup).

•Forbidden Love, starring Andrew McCarthy, is filming at Fort Totten in Bayside. (Thanks Dave)

•Law and Order: SVU is filming around Centre St and Chanbers. They are also filming in studio (Chelsea Piers).

•Mr. Popper’s Penguins, starring Jim Carrey, is filming at Tavern on the Green.

•Nurse Jackie is filming in studio (Kaufman Astoria).

•The Sitter, starring Jonah Hill, is filming in studio (Silvercup East).

•Blue Bloods is filming in studio (Broadway Stages, Brooklyn).

•Gossip Girl is filming in studio (Silvercup).

•Man On A Ledge, starring Sam Worthington, is filming in studio (Grumman Studios, Bethpage, NY) all week.

•Too Big To Fail, starring Paul Giamatti, is filming in studio (JC Studio in Brooklyn).

Update: The Sitter is also filming around Vernon Blvd and 43rd Ave in Queens.

Update: •Tower Heist, starring Ben Stiller, is filming in studio (Cinemagic Riverfront Studios in Brooklyn).

Filming in Philadelphia:

•Safe, starring Jason Statham, is filming at Parx Casino through Friday and will wrap next Thursday in Philly. (Thanks @iPhillyChitChat)

Filming in Pittsburgh:

•Sibling is filming at Knoxville Middle School in Pittsburgh.

Filming in Vancouver:
