Protestors take over the CDC for ‘Contagion’

The Virginia Highland-Druid Hills Patch published a few photos from the set of Contagion at the Center for Disease Control today in Atlanta.

According to their report, the scene involved a protest at the CDC:

Extras gathered outside the main entrance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 1600 Clifton Rd. NE, Thursday morning with signs used as props in the movie with sayings such as “Corporations Don’t Care.”

Fake television trucks blocked off the right lane going south on Clifton Road along the gates of the CDC property Thursday morning, and extras portraying media members stood across the street.

We’ve heard Contagion will likely be back in the Emory University/CDC area again tomorrow.
