Friday, Feb. 11: Filming Locations in NYC, L.A., San Francisco & more including ‘The Good Wife’, ‘J. Edgar’, ‘Torchwood’, & ‘Contagion’

Here’s a look at what’s filming on location Friday, February 11, 2011:

Filming in Cincinnati:

•The Ides of March, starring and directed by George Clooney, is filming at various locations in Cincinnati for the next three-four weeks. Yesterday, they were filming on the Northside and we had heard they would continue shooting in that area but we are not sure exactly where. If you spot them, please let us know, thanks!

Filming in Georgia:

•Joyful Noise, starring Queen Latifah and Dolly Parton, is filming at various locations in Fayetteville/Fairburn, GA.

Filming in Los Angeles, CA:

Update: •True Blood is filming on Wheatland Ave in Sunland, Los Angeles.

•The Congress is filming at 1317 Willow St. (5:00 A.M. – 5:00 A.M.).

•ESPN is filming something on Santa Fe Ave., Palmetto – Willow St. and Willow St, Santa Fe Ave. – Mateo (9:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.)

•House of Lies, starring Kristen Bell, is filming at 1100 S Hope St (5:00 A.M. – 1:00 A.M.)

•J. Edgar, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, is filming at 1380 E. 6th St (7:00 A.M. – 12:00 A.M.) and 622 N. Main St (6:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M.).

No Ordinary Family is filming at 200 N Spring St. (7:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M.).

•Torchwood is filming at 417 W 8th St. (12:00 P.M. – 3:00 A.M.) and Frank Ct, 4th ST. – 5th St. (3:00 P.M. – 6:00 A.M.).

Filming in Louisiana:

•Breaking Dawn is filming in Baton Rouge, join our Breaking Dawn Open Thread for all the latest information! (They are expected to be completely wrapped in BR within a week.)

•Justice For Natalee, a made-for-TV movie, is filming at the Capri Motel.

•Looper, starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Bruce Willis,  is filming suppose to be filming at Second Line Studio in New Orleans this week.

•Treme is filming at Donna’s (800 N. Rampart St). (Thanks to NOLAMovieTours)

FYI: There are also signs posted for filming through 3.3 along Common St in New Orleans too.

Filming in Michigan:

•Family Weekend, starring Kristin Chenoweth, was filming at Fraser High School in Macomb County and they are expected to return this weekend BUT, Kristin Chenoweth tweeted on Thursday that it was her last day of shooting. (Thanks Annie!)

FYI: •This is the last week Detroit 1-8-7 Season One will be filming in/around Detroit.

Filming in New York City, NY:

•30 Rock is filming in studio (Silvercup Studios).

•Blue Bloods is filming in studio (Meserole Ave & Moultrie St, Brooklyn, NY).

•The Good Wife is filming at Court Square in Long Island City. (Thanks @James691)

•Gossip Girl is filming in studio (Silvercup Studios).

Update: There are reports that Gossip Girl is filming at Lilac Chocolates. (Thanks cgirl)

•Law and Order: SVU is filming at the club QUO (28th and 10th). (Thanks @MariskaHFan)

•New Year’s Eve, the follow-up to Valentine’s Day, is filming at the Palisades Presbyterian Church in Palisades, NY.

Update: •Boardwalk Empire is filming on City Island Ave in City Island.

Update: •Tower Heist, starring Ben Stiller, is back at the Brooklyn Navy Yard.

Update: •I Don’t Know How She Does It, starring Sarah Jessica Parker, is filming at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx.

Update: •Friends With Kids, starring Jon Hamm and Megan Fox, is filming at Grand Ave and Fulton St in Brooklyn. FYI: I think this is a night shoot. (Thanks John)

Filming in San Francisco:

•Contagion, starring Jude Law, is filming on Grove Street from Larkin to Polk streets (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.), on Laguna Street from Hayes to Fell streets, and on Linden Street from Octavia to Buchanan streets (3 p.m. to 8 p.m.). See all of this weekend’s locations here.

•The new JJ Abrams pilot Alcatraz is filming on Alcatraz Island.

Filming in New Mexico:

Update: •In Plain Sight is filming at 601 W. Frontage Rd in Algodones, NM.
