As we reported, the Denzel Washington/Ryan Reynolds movie Safe House, which was primarily shot in South Africa earlier this year, spent one day filming in Washington D.C. on Sunday.
Though Washington and Reynolds weren’t at the shoot, Brendan Gleeson, who plays “Mad-Eye Moody” in the Harry Potter films, was on the set all day. The movie filmed scenes on the corner of 15th and Pennsylvania Avenue, near the White House.
Safe House is about an American traitor who is captured by a CIA employee. After their safe house is attacked, the agent and his prisoner are on a mission of survival.
