Gerard Butler, Sam Worthington, and Matthew McConaughey have all signed on to star the Iraq War movie, Thunder Run, which will be filmed in Baton Rouge, LA this spring.
The action-thriller from director Simon West will be made using 3D motion-capture technology and will center on the 2003 capture of Baghdad.
According to Louisiana Film, the movie will shoot from May 1, 2012 to July 15, 2012 in Baton Rouge.
In addition to Thunder Run, it has also been announced that The Last Exorcism II will be shot in Louisiana this spring, with a tentative shoot date of March 19.
