Yesterday, the six finalist of Dancing With The Stars appeared on Good Morning America in New York City after an overnight flight from L.A. where the show’s season finale was taped live the night before.
Football star Donald Driver credited his dancing partner Peta Murgatroyd as the reason he was able to walk away with the mirror-ball trophy. “[Scoring a “10” from Goodman] was another challenge that I had to fight,” Driver said. “I had a great partner. She pushed me through it and said, ‘We’re going to get that “10″ from Len,’ and we got it on the freestyle.”
One of our readers, RL, was in Times Square while they filmed the GMA segment and said “William Levy seemed to be the favorite of the crowd and people on tour buses going by were screaming his name.”
Levy briefly discussed how tough his loss was on his young son during the interview. “He cried for like an hour,” Levy said. “I just couldn’t find words to tell him, ‘It’s all right, you know.’”
