The HBO film Muhammad Ali’s Great Fight, which has been filming in New York City for the past few months, has moved to Washington D.C. this week to film several exterior shots.
It is no surprise the film is taking a few days to shoot in D.C. since that is where most of it will be set.
The movie examines Ali’s ‘fight’ with the US government after he was drafted into the Army and refused to go due to his religious beliefs. But don’t expect them to film on the steps of the Supreme Court this week, those scenes have already been shot – in Albany, NY.
Muhammad Ali’s Greatest Fight will film scenes at various locations around D.C. on Friday and Saturday including H St from 15th-17th St.

Thanks to Chris for the tip!
How and where can I go to get a part in it?
your wrong. They were filming on the steps of the SC this weekend.
I know we were discussing that in another post, I wonder if the Alban shoot didn’t turn out great so they moved it to DC?
