Just last week we named Covington, which “plays” Mystic Falls on The Vampire Diaries, one of our Top 5 Favorite Filming Locations and this week the show is descending on the Georgia town once again.
Covington’s Town Square and surrounding storefronts have been used in several episodes of the show and are familiar to fans of show.
According several Facebook posts by local businesses, and the show’s casting company, The Vampire Diaries will be filming in Covington’s Town Square and on Pennington Street all day tomorrow.
They have also been looking for extras to appear in the scene:
