Yesterday the highly anticipated pilot episode of Girl Meets World, the Boy Meets World spin-off, began filming!
Though the show is set in New York, it is being filming in studio at Los Angeles’ Sunset-Gower Studios.
The series will follow Cory and Topanga’s 13-year-old daughter, Riley, er brother Elliot, and best friend Maya. Yesterday, Ben Savage (Cory) tweeted the above photo of a classroom set which got fans speculating whether it was hi character’s classroom (apparently Cory is the new Feeny) or his daughter’s.
Though the pilot episode will be filmed without an audience, tickets to future episodes will be available (for free!) via Audiences Unlimited. You can keep an eye on their Facebook page for more info!

I love your show so much and I so happy that I got to enjoy watching you grow and I know that because of you guys have brought me and my bestfriend closer and her birthday is coming up and you wont get this tell after her birthday but if we could get a chance to come out and sit in your bay window then that would mean a lot to the both of us and I know it would mean so much for her to just be able to have a break from the real world and she has been trough a lot and I was just hoping that I coould do this for her and I know this is asking alot but if its not to much to ask for than that would be great.
