WARDROBE GUIDELINES (**MUST Be Followed in order to participate!!): In our story this is a party thrown by “Edgehill Record Company” – Rayna Jaymes’ and Juliette Barnes’ record label to honor them and other Edgehill recording artists who have been nominated for CMA Awards (Country Music Association). The party is being thrown on the General Jackson Showboat(which is where the party scene will actually be shot).
Your wardrobe choices should reflect “fancy record industry boat party”. An exclusive event that you have been invited to as a special guest. Suggestions are below. Please keep in mind that this will be a partial night shoot and some portions will take place outside on the boat deck – so plan your outfit somewhat based on the fact that you will be “attending” a nighttime partially outdoor party on the water. It will probably be somewhat chilly so wear a nice coat, wrap, scarf, etc.. We don’t want people to be dressed overly bundled up or winter-y, but we do want people to be warm.
MALE WARDROBE guidelines: Nice jeans (not faded, torn or shredded at the hem), dress pants or slacks. Dress shirt or nice sport shirt. Sweater, cardigan, sweater vest. Possibly a tie if it would go with the outfit. Sport coat or blazer. A nice suit if you have one. Dress or semi-‐dress shoes or boots. Cowboy boots (if they go with the outfit). Wool coat /overcoat, nice leather jacket. MUST look classy, hip and stylish as if you belong at an exclusive event.
FEMALE WARDROBE guidelines: Dressy-casual/borderline cocktail attire. This could mean a dress, a blouse and skirt or pant combo. Details such as sequins or rhinestones are good but don’t go as far as an all-over beaded or sequined garment. Nice dark skinny jeans or nice leather pants with a nice dressy top/blouse/sweater could work or a dress with a nice coat or leatherjacket/scarf – any sort of combo like that. Heels, heeled boots or fancy cowboy boots (with the right outfit). MUST look classy, hip and stylish as if you belong at an exclusive event.
HOW: Each participant MUST be registered online to attend.
To register – you MUST go to www.NashvilleExtras.com and register each person attending separately.

Can I show up later in the day if I can’t make it at exactly 12:00pm?Yes, we will accept arrivals ONLY up until 1:30pm. If you are not able to be checked in by 1:30pm, you will quite literally “miss the boat”.
What if I can’t stay the entire time?Although we prefer that all participants stay with us for the duration of filming, you are welcome to leave as needed. Please keep in mind that you may not receive a free meal ticket and may not be eligible for prize drawings if you choose to leave the event early. Please BE AWARE that your ability to leave will be dependent on where the boat is when you need to leave. We will actually be out on the river and will ONLY be able to bring the boat back to the dock to disembark passengers when we are resetting a scene.
Will this be an indoor or an outdoor shoot?BOTH. You should be prepared to film scenes outside walking a red carpet, mingling on the boat deck, etc. and also inside watching a performance.
