‘Squirrels to the Nuts’, starring Jennifer Aniston, begins filming in NYC

After being stalled for more than 3 years due to casting and other issues, Squirrels to the Nuts (previously She’s Funny That Way) has started filming in New York City.

The highly anticipated movie is the first feature directed by Peter Bogdanovich in ten years. The movie stars Jennifer Aniston, Owen Wilson, Jason Schwatzman, Eugene Levy, and Cybill Shepherd, and is being produced by Wes Anderson and Noah Baumbach.

So far, there hasn’t been too much information released about the movie which IMDb says follows a married Broadway director who falls for a prostitute-turned-actress and works to help her advance her career.

Thanks to two of our Twitter followers, @EpilepticBat and @sweetiex0x0, we know Squirrels to the Nuts is filming around Cliff St and John St and from Gold St to Water St in New York City tomorrow, Friday, July 12.
