Most Movie and TV productions are off Saturday, Aug. 31 – Monday, Sept. 2 for Labor Day. Filming schedules will resume normally on Tuesday, Sept. 3.
There is one exception though, as we reported Transformers 4 will continue filming in Chicago on Saturday and Sunday. In case you missed it, here is the road closure information again:

Saturday, August 31 & Sunday, September 1, 7 am – 8 pm
Upper Randolph Street — Traffic between Michigan Ave. and Field Blvd. Closures of some lanes between Columbus and Field.
Randolph Street Sidewalk (not even the sidewalks are safe from these robots!) — Intermittent pedestrian restrictions between Columbus and Field.
Columbus Dr. — Traffic between South Water and RandolphSaturday, August 31, 6 am – 8 pm
Middle Wacker Dr. — Traffic and lane closures between Lake Shore Drive and Lower Michigan Ave.
Sunday, September 1, 7 am – 8 pm
Expect 10 – 15 minute delays:
Middle Wacker Drive — Closures between Lake Shore Drive and Lower Michigan through 5 am Monday morning.
Columbus Dr. — Traffic from N. Water St. to S. Water St.
Upper Columbus Dr. — Traffic from Wacker Dr. to S. Water St.
Stetson Ave. — Traffic from Wacker Dr. to S. Water St.
Lower Stetson Ave. — Traffic from Lake Shore Dr. to Columbus Dr.
Upper Wacker Dr. — Traffic from Lake Shore Drive to Columbus Dr.
Lower Wacker Dr. — Traffic from Lake Shore Drive to Columbus Dr.
