Michael Douglas’ latest film, The Reach, began filming in and around Farmington, New Mexico on Saturday.
Over the weekend, signs for the movie were spotted at E Broadway and Scott Ave and 108 N. Behrend Ave. Douglas himself has also spotted walking around town, he even stopped in to Zebra’s Sports Grill to watch Thursday night’s football game.
The Reach, which Douglas is producing and starring in, follows a big game hunter who hires a young guide to lead him into the American desert, where a murder occurs.
The movie is expected to continue filming in New Mexico through the end of October and extras are needed in both Farmington and Shiprock.
