A who’s who of classic TV, including Sally Kellerman, Mike Farrell, Melissa Gilbert, Barbara Eden, Daniel Roebuck, and Gilmore Girls’ Liza Weil, have come together for the new movie One Song. The independent movie focuses on a woman in her 70s who rediscovers her passion for music.
Production began on Sunday in Excelsior, MN and they are looking for extras for the the duration of the three week shoot. To sign up to be an extra, visit signupgenius.com.
Today they are filming at the 318 Cafe, Excelsior. On Monday they will be filming at the Lafayette Club in Minnetonka Beach and on Tuesday they will shoot scenes at Jake O’Connor’s Pub in Excelsior.

I was an Extra for “One Song”. Would you have any information on the additional filming of movies being done by My Town Productions? I understand they plan to film one in Zumbrota and another to start shooting in February somewhere.
