According to recent filming permits, Sons of Anarchy is shooting the twelfth episode of their final season this week, which means there’s only one show left to film before they wrap for good.

The permits advise the show will be filming scenes at 2053 E 7th St and 2017 E 7th St, Los Angeles AND 209 S Garey St from 5:00 AM – 11:59 PM on Oct. 14. The permits for tomorrow’s shoot also state there will be weapons on the set, no big surprise there.

The info comes as showrunner Kurt Sutter announced he finished writing the series’ ending.

Of course Sutter didn’t give any real hints about how the series will end but he has said he wants to leave the audience wondering what’s next.

“You know, I totally understood the whole Sopranos cut-to-black thing,” he said. “I think I have a sense of what [David] Chase was trying to accomplish with that, in terms of that it’s not something that can be tied up, and that it ultimately goes on. I definitely want to have the sense that people will walk away feeling satisfied but also having a sense of wonder: Now what happens?”

We expect filming to be done by the end of the month so, if you spot SOA filming the last two episodes, be sure to let us know about it at olv@onlocationvacations.com!
