One of our readers, Bob Bohm, was lucky enough to catch the cast of the new Vacation reboot filming around Piedmont and 6th Aves in Atlanta last week.
New cast members Ed Helms and Christina Applegate, along with the stars of the original film Chevy Chase and Beverly D’Angelo, were among those on set filming a scene with a station wagon very similar to the one used in the first movie.
Bones fans can take solace in the fact that director John Francis Daley was also spotted on set, alive and well. The writer/director/actor played the dearly departed Sweets on the FOX show but had to leave due a conflict in the Vacation shooting schedule.
