Thanks to one of our tipsters, Peter, we’ve learned the Netflix series AKA Jessica Jones is filming at E 7th Ave and Avenue B, NYC today. The movie is filming under the working title Violet.
AKA Jessica Jones focuses on the Marvel character who, “after a tragic ending to her short-lived super hero stint, is rebuilding her personal life and career as a detective who gets pulled into cases involving people with extraordinary abilities in New York City.”
Krysten Ritter stars as the title character, along with David Tennant as Kilgrave, Mike Colter as Luke Cage, Rachael Taylor as Patricia “Trish” Walker and Carrie-Anne Moss.
