The first official extras casting call for Independence Day 2 was announced today verifying that not only will the movie be filmed in Albuquerque, NM, but also that it begins filming on May 5.
Independence Day Forever, which is also going by the name ID Forever or its working title IDR, will pick up 20 years after the events of the first film as a new wave of alien “reinforcements” arrive on earth in response to a distress signal sent up by the “first wave” of extraterrestrial visitors.
Will Smith will not be returning for the movie but Bill Pullman and Jeff Goldblum will be back, along with newcomers Liam Hemsworth and Jessie Usher.

We obviously do not have call times yet so you would need to be be fully 100% available. You MUST have open/flexible availability if submitting so that you can work WHATEVER the call times end up being. If not, please DO NOT SUBMIT!
Pay rate for EXTRAS is $72.00 for 8 hours ($9.00/hour with an 8 hour guarantee). Overtime will be paid after 8 hours. Possibility of higher rate. You will receive a check in the mail 10-14 business days AFTER you work.

SENIOR CENTER RESIDENTS: male and female, all ethnicities, age range 60-100, variety of interesting faces and types–This will be picture picked by our Director so please make sure that the photo you submit or the one on our talent database is a good quality (not blurry, not wearing sunglasses, nobosy else but you in the pic)!–
