Last night, Liev Schreiber and Elisabeth Moss were spotted filming scenes for their upcoming movie, The Bleeder, at The Lafayette Theater in Suffern, NY.
Chuck Wepner, the boxer who serves as the inspiration for the movie, was also on set where he posed for the pics with the film’s stars.
The biopic follows Wepner, a journeyman boxer who at 35 went 15 rounds with heavyweight champion Muhammad Ali. Later, Wepner brought a lawsuit against Sylvester Stallone, who wrote Rocky just after the Wepner-Ali fight, claiming the movie was based on him. The matter was settled out of court years later.
Schreiber plays Wepner in the movie, while Moss plays his secod wife.
The Bleeder shoots moves to NYC next week.
