The trailer for Money Monster might have dropped last week, but that doesn’t mean director Jodie Foster is done tweaking it.
According to No Parking signs posted in NYC, it looks like the movie will be filming reshoots in NYC this week. There are signs on Pine St for filming on Tuesday, 1/19 and on William St and Broad St for Thursday, 1/21.
In the movie, George Clooney stars as “Lee Gates, a bombastic TV personality whose popular financial network show has made him the money wiz of Wall Street. But after he hawks a high tech stock that mysteriously crashes, an irate investor takes Gates, his crew, and his ace producer Patty Fenn hostage live on air. Unfolding in real time, Gates and Fenn must find a way to keep themselves alive while simultaneously uncovering the truth behind a tangle of big money lies.” Julia Roberts also stars.
Money Monster opens in theaters on March 31.
