Today, Mark Wahlberg, John Goodman and director Peter Berg were spotted on the Boston set of their upcoming movie Patriots Day.
Earlier in the week, Wahlberg filmed several emotional scenes in Quincy, MA, including one in which SWAT team members approached homes as they did during in Watertown, MA on April 19, 2013, after the Boston Marathon Bombings.
Wahlberg and Berg took time to pose with real members of the Quincy Police Department after filming. “We were honored to work with the Quincy Police Department and their SWAT team today in Quincy,” Berg said. “We look forward to working with the police departments in each of the communities where we’ll be filming over the next several weeks.”
Today, filming moved to Dorchester Ave, where Goodman and Wahlberg filmed on a residential property. One of our readers, Tez, was lucky enough to catch them on set between takes and shared a few photos with us.
